1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Torziva Sync Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the torziva-sync.site website and our API platform. By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. API Usage & Service Provision

Torziva Sync provides a dynamic API wrapper for rendering websites. As part of this service:

• You may only use our API to extract data from websites that you own, operate, or have explicit legal authorization to parse.
• You agree not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass any rate-limiting protocols integrated into our API.
• We reserve the right to temporarily disable accounts that cause an excessive burden on our system infrastructure.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our API and Services to:

• Systematically scrape, retrieve, or harvest data from platforms where you do not hold usage rights.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the networks or services connected to the Site.
• Distribute malware, trojan horses, or perform malicious distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) tests.

Violation of these restricted uses will result in immediate termination of API keys without a refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees as advertised. Payments are processed immediately upon tier confirmation via our gateway. Unless terminated, subscriptions renew automatically. You have the ability to cancel your agreement before the next billing cycle. Read our Refund Policy for financial guarantees.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, software, and APIs are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You hold ownership of the raw data parsed through your API keys; we claim no intellectual rights over your synced payload contents.

6. Warranties and Liability Limitation

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the interruption of the Torziva Sync service.

7. Governance & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. Torziva Sync Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of San Francisco County shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
